With Addison, you write the message, it includes your business name and a number to reach you, and it goes out within seconds — so the customer hears from you before they call a competitor.
How does Addison work with my phone?
Addison gives you a local business number that forwards incoming calls to your real phone. If nobody answers, Addison sends your text-back message to the caller automatically. You don't need any new equipment or apps.
Can I change the text message?
Yes. Edit your message any time from your dashboard, using tags for your business name and callback number. Changes apply to the next missed call, and there is no developer involved.
Will my customers get more than one text?
Customers typically receive one automated text per missed call. Anyone who replies STOP is opted out of further messages from that number.
